MIHR Theatre was established in 2003 by Tsolak and Shoghakat, brother and sister, MLKE-Galstyan in Armenia. It is the first contemporary dance company in Armenia. Throughout its existence MIHR worked in many different genres of movement such as contemporary dance, site-specific, emotional dance, inclusive dance, action-painting, open-air performances, physical performance and drama dance. It was very important for MIHR to create an artistic space for everyone. So, MIHR Theatre works with not only professionally educated dancers but also with amateurs and people with disabilities, who do not have the opportunity to work in professional companies. MIHR has implemented also a wide range of social and educational projects. The members of the theatre often have workshops on the field of dance, theatre and art in general.
